Severstal Dearborn’s Pickle Line Tandem Cold Mill (PLTCM) reached another milestone by producing 1,000,000 tons since its start-up last August. The PLTCM is the first continuous cold mill in the U.S., according to currently available data, to produce 1,000,000 tons within the first year of operation, precisely in 10 months and 27 days.
